Vi r\u00e4ddar och uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5ller liv genom medicinska innovationer som idag finns p\u00e5 n\u00e4stan alla sjukhus, kliniker och hem, v\u00e4rlden \u00f6ver.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>P\u00e5 Baxters site i Alvik, Lule\u00e5 arbetar ca 130 personer som utvecklar, f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar och tillverkar Liko:s produktportf\u00f6lj av lyfthj\u00e4lpmedel. Tillsammans skapar vi en plats d\u00e4r vi m\u00e5r bra, \u00e4r framg\u00e5ngsrika och inspirerar varandra till att g\u00f6ra ett bra arbete. Vi \u00e4r stolta vinnare av Svenska LEAN-priset 2021.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Avdelningen R&#038;D Sustaining, Lule\u00e5, har som ansvar att utveckla och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra v\u00e5r nuvarande produktportf\u00f6lj. Detta inneb\u00e4r att driva igenom olika typer av projekt med m\u00e5len att \u00f6ka kundn\u00f6jdhet, h\u00f6ja produktkvaliteten, optimera produkternas design och st\u00e4rka v\u00e5ra produkters konkurrenskraft. En stor del av v\u00e5rt ansvar \u00e4r att ser till att vi uppfyller lagkrav p\u00e5 de olika marknader d\u00e4r vi verkar. Vi \u00e4r f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande 23 personer, uppdelade i tv\u00e5 team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Om tj\u00e4nsten<\/b><br \/>\n       Som Test Engineer s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller du att v\u00e5ra produkter uppfyller satta krav och att specifikationerna f\u00f6r produkten \u00f6verensst\u00e4mmer med anv\u00e4ndarens behov och avsedda anv\u00e4ndningsomr\u00e5den. Konkret inneb\u00e4r detta: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planering och uppf\u00f6ljning av valideringar och tester samt s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller att resultat och beslut baseras p\u00e5 ett statistiskt underlag.<\/li>\n<li>Ansvarig f\u00f6r v\u00e5rt testlabb och dess utrustning.<\/li>\n<li>Praktiskt utf\u00f6ra unders\u00f6kningar och tester. Testerna som genomf\u00f6rs \u00e4r bland annat lastprover, kraftm\u00e4tningar, livstidstester och utv\u00e4rdering av elektronik och programvara.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Din bakgrund<\/b><br \/>\n       Du \u00e4r ingenj\u00f6r med teknisk inriktning eller motsvarande erfarenhet och har n\u00e5gra \u00e5rs arbetslivserfarenhet, g\u00e4rna inom industri eller motsvarande. Du \u00e4r van att arbeta i projekt och det \u00e4r meriterande om du har erfarenhet av projektarbete och\/eller f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringsarbeten. Det \u00e4r en stor f\u00f6rdel om tycker om b\u00e5de teoretiskt och praktiskt arbete. Du ska \u00e4ven vara sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndig och van att planera ditt eget arbete.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Vem du \u00e4r<br \/>\n       Du \u00e4r analytisk och kreativ i ditt s\u00e4tt att t\u00e4nka; du \u00e4r en naturlig probleml\u00f6sare. Du tar \u00e4garskap f\u00f6r dina uppgifter och du planerar samt driver dina processer fram\u00e5t p\u00e5 ett effektivt s\u00e4tt medan du aldrig tummar p\u00e5 kvaliteten. Struktur \u00e4r n\u00e5got som kommer naturligt f\u00f6r dig och du har f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att prioritera dina uppgifter p\u00e5 ett sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndigt s\u00e4tt. Du trivs i en global milj\u00f6 och har inga problem att skapa relationer.
