Together, we are redefining the fitness industry.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>YOUR IMPACT<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a critical role in advancing our digital strategy by supporting the Director of Digital &#038; Marketing Technology across a range of high-impact initiatives. You\u2019ll be hands-on in executing campaigns through HubSpot, optimizing content across our website and mobile app, implementing SEO best practices, and providing cross-functional support to internal stakeholders. Your contributions will directly enhance user experience, drive engagement, and improve marketing performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and fluent in marketing automation platforms\u2014especially HubSpot\u2014with a passion for using technology to deliver measurable results.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Content Development &#038; Management <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage digital marketing content across email, web, and mobile app, including both visual and copy assets<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update CMS content such as gym information, promotional codes, blogs, and landing pages<\/li>\n<li>Own and manage the digital content calendar, ensuring timely updates and alignment with broader marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for digital content workflows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> HubSpot Execution &#038; Marketing Automation <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute a wide range of HubSpot projects, including:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>CTAs, lists, forms, emails, landing pages, workflows, and reports<\/li>\n<li>Support marketing operations with data integrity and process improvement tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> SEO &#038; Web Optimization <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and implement SEO-informed content strategies to increase organic traffic and improve performance on crunch.com<\/li>\n<li>Audit and update content to align with SEO best practices and optimize for search visibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> App &#038; Customer Experience <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and deploy content updates across the Crunch App<\/li>\n<li>Respond to app store reviews and assist with customer service tickets related to web and app platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Analytics &#038; Performance Reporting <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and audit content and campaign performance<\/li>\n<li>Provide reports and insights to support ongoing optimization of engagement, reach, and conversions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Collaboration &#038; Training Support <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to plan and support educational webinars for staff on digital marketing tools and practices<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to cross-functional digital initiatives by participating in audits, testing, and internal tool enhancements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Note: Management may modify, add to, or remove responsibilities at any time based on evolving business needs.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>WHAT YOU\u2019LL NEED<span class=\"br\"><\/span>To be successful in this role, you should bring a mix of creative, technical, and organizational strengths.
