This consists of channel expertise and execution of Paid Social, Affiliates, Paid Search, Shopping, Display, and SEO channels including day-to-day tactical execution of best practices with creative, site merchandising, and editorial teams. Teamwork, time management, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key job responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the day-to-day workflow of paid channels<\/li>\n<li>Relationship building with agency partners, publishers, and broader teams<\/li>\n<li>Oversee channel execution, ensuring strategies are effective and properly measured<\/li>\n<li>Build testing roadmap, leveraging data to provide insights into future learnings and results<\/li>\n<li>Act as day-to-day intermediary for problem solving and leadership<\/li>\n<li>Make effective decisions driving business goals, sharing out the success of these actions in weekly and monthly business reviews<\/li>\n<li>Lead the weekly business reviews for paid media channels, compiling data points and insights to share with CMO<\/li>\n<li>Support the Head of Digital Marketing in building out ad hoc strategy docs, as well as monthly business reviews and quarterly business reviews<\/li>\n<li>Streamline reporting received from agencies and internal sources to communicate broader picture of performance<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for channel budget, and shifting spend across channels to hit business goals<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Google, building out a joint business plan and recapping success<\/li>\n<li>Test new mid and upper funnel opportunities, providing insights into success via primary and secondary data sources<\/li>\n<li>Partner with cross channel teams to support initiatives with paid media amplification, building out a 360 marketing plan<\/li>\n<li>Compile and communicate relevant industry news &#038; reports to the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Bachelors from a four-year college or equivalent<br \/>\n       &#8211; 7-9 years of performance marketing experience with a performance-focused agency or relevant brand<br \/>\n       &#8211; Proficient in Microsoft Office including mid-level Excel skills<br \/>\n       &#8211; Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written presentation skills<br \/>\n       &#8211; Strong interpersonal, partnership, and management skills<br \/>\n       &#8211; Excellent project management capabilities including multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Analytical skills, with the ability to build reports and summarize data in an actionable way to drive business goals forward<br \/>\n       &#8211; Self- starter who tackles tasks proactively<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
