In the face of intensifying competition, increasingly sophisticated technology and rising customer expectations, nothing is more important to our success than our team \u2013 and it’s a team that you can be part of.<\/span>Ooredoo’s future is bright, and you can be part of our ongoing success.<\/span>The Role:<\/b><\/span>Implement and Design performance management, compensation and rewards strategies to maintain a performance-based organization to meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization’s desired internal balance and external market position as well as applicable policies and procedures. Ensure all HR Information Systems are enhanced, updated and aligned with the Company processes to provide better internal customer services.<\/span>Key Responsibilties:<\/b><\/span>Maintain an updated knowledge of PM related subject.<\/span>Lead and monitor the Performance Management cycle.<\/span>Manage the administration of calculation & provide quarterly feedback and required reports to major stockholders.<\/span>Develop communication plans for the mid-year review and year-end review.<\/span>Ensure objectives, KPI’s, and scorecards are properly set and cascaded.<\/span>Complete mid-year review as per agreed plan.<\/span>Complete year-end review as per agreed plan.<\/span>Finalize rating distributions as per Company forced distribution.<\/span>Support HR Leadership in the HR budget planning and management.<\/span>Administer the salary plan cycle and Bonus Scheme and provide analyses for needed data.<\/span>Oversee the communication of bonus and status change letters.<\/span>Recommend improvements for performance management.<\/span>Manage projects focused on the improvement HR and Performance Management systems.<\/span>Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of HR reports.<\/span>Ensure the completeness of the data entered into the system.<\/span>Automate HR processes and procedures.<\/span>Recommend the appropriate controls for system users as per job responsibilities.<\/span>Collect and evaluate benchmarking survey results to ensure that Ooredoo’s long and short term compensation programs are current and competitive; provide recommendation accordingly.<\/span>Update compensation and benefits processes and procedures to ensure fair and equitable pay rates among Ooredoo employees and in preparing job offers for new hires.<\/span>Review & recommend Job Offers compensation for the new hires.<\/span>Process Annual Air Ticket Payment for eligible employees.<\/span>Create and organize periodical reward ceremonies to recognize outstanding employees.<\/span>Recommend the design and development of appropriate employee reward and recognition programs.<\/span>Provide the HR Committee with accurate employee information to assist them with the selection process.<\/span>Design, generate and update reports for the Business such as, but not limited to:<\/span>HR Employee Details<\/span>Employee Costing Reports<\/span>Employee Position and Salary Progression Report.<\/span>Employees’ Rating Distribution.<\/span>Performance Management Status Report.Design and Update the PMR related processes.<\/span>Review Employee benefits and compensation and update them accordingly to be aligned with the market.<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent and relevant work experience.<\/span>Job specific technical Skills:<\/b><\/span>At least 3-4 years of Performance Management and Rewards\/Human Resources and Administration Services.<\/span>Excellent understanding of computer\/data systems (internal Ooredoo Telecom system knowledge is a plus), policies and procedures.<\/span>High Knowledge of Human Resources practices.<\/span>Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, rules, statutes and codes<\/span>Ability to demonstrate high standards of customer service and accountability for program results<\/span>Excellent command of both written and verbal English<\/span>Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word,etc.<\/span>Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.<\/span>Confidentiality.<\/span>Requires well developed planning and organizational skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.<\/span>Expresses information to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information.<\/span>Listens to others and responds appropriately.<\/span>Displays high standards of ethical conduct.<\/span>Exhibits honesty and integrity.<\/span>Works and communicates with internal and external clients and customers to meet their needs in a polite, courteous, and cooperative manner.<\/span>Committed to quality service<\/span>Displays a high level of initiative, effort and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently.
