Supporting the Management of target proposals, representing LCGPA in related committees, and in conducting import studies for strategic insights and decision-making.<\/span>3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/span>DESCRIPTION<\/b><\/span>Research & Studies<\/span>\u00a7 Support thesupervise methodologies for calculating local content across different levels (national economy, establishments, and projects), including updating and evaluating these methodologies.<\/span>\u00a7 Supportthe coordination the calculation of the ‘Local Content in Final Expenditure of the Non-Oil Sector’ indicator with relevant authorities.<\/span>\u00a7 Supportthe research and analyse of economic impacts by studying variables such as gross domestic product, production costs, consumption, and local content at various levels (national economy, establishments, and projects).<\/span>\u00a7 Support in preparing economic and periodic reports concerning local content in the national economy, economic sectors, and activities, along with other economic variables.<\/span>\u00a7 Support in calculating local content and propose targets for the national economy and economic sectors within the Kingdom, ensuring regular updates and coordination with relevant authorities.<\/span>\u00a7 Support in representing the Authority in committees and meetings related to national-level local content.<\/span>\u00a7 Support in Updating indicators for measuring local content at the establishment and contract levels.<\/span>\u00a7 Support in the study and analysis of imports, with focus on most developed categories.<\/span>\u00a7 Support in recommending of initiatives and procedures aimed at increasing local content.<\/span>Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports<\/span>\u00a7 Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.<\/span>\u00a7 Support in preparing a timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.<\/span>Related Tasks<\/span>\u00a7 Perform any other related tasks and duties as directed.<\/span>Technical Competencies<\/b><\/span>TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES<\/b><\/span>\u00a7 Relations Management – Basic<\/span>\u00a7 Business and Report Writing – Basic<\/span>\u00a7 Language Proficiency – Basic<\/span>\u00a7 IT skills – Proficient<\/span>\u00a7 Economic Research – Proficient<\/span>\u00a7 Metadata management – Proficient<\/span>\u00a7 Management of Statistical and Economic Models and Programs – Proficient<\/span>\u00a7 Market intelligence – Proficient<\/span>Education<\/b><\/span>Economics, Management, Engineering or any related field<\/p>\n
