This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same \u2014 ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and brings strong organisational skills to the table.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You\u2019ll work closely with internal teams \u2014 including Sales, Technical, Operations, and Accounts \u2014 and build strong relationships with external customers and suppliers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL BE DOING:<\/b><br \/>\n       Customer Service &#038; Sales Support<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle inbound customer enquiries and process sales orders promptly and accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a welcoming experience for customers and visitors in the showroom.<\/li>\n<li>Support the sales team by coordinating customer communications and reporting on major orders and feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Keep product knowledge current and report on competitor activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Purchasing &#038; Inventory<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate purchasing records and process purchase orders in line with company policy.<\/li>\n<li>Run supplier re-order programs and contribute to supplier performance reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and support the monthly S&#038;OP process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Abel Database Management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep customer and inventory data up-to-date within internal systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain non-financial records to ensure consistency and data integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly review and archive outdated entries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Compliance &#038;
