{"id":796,"date":"2024-11-05T06:49:50","date_gmt":"2024-11-05T06:49:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/2024\/11\/05\/curriculum-specialist-sports-science-adveti\/"},"modified":"2024-11-05T06:49:50","modified_gmt":"2024-11-05T06:49:50","slug":"curriculum-specialist-sports-science-adveti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/curriculum-specialist-sports-science-adveti\/","title":{"rendered":"Curriculum Specialist &#8211; Sports Science &#8211; ADVETI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Job Summary<\/b><br \/>\n       In the field of Sports Science, provide leadership in curriculum development, improvement and implementation and provide support to ADVETI Institutes in the delivery of Sports Science Curriculum.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Specifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and maintain effective working relationships with ADVETI Institutes and other stakeholders inside and outside ADVETI in order to promote quality curricular outcomes in area of Sports Science.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Program Teams, Course Coordinators and others with responsibility for teaching, learning and assessment in area of Sports Science to ensure consistency of curricular outcomes across ADVETI Institutes.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the development and storage of all curriculum documentation and advice on the development of teaching resources in area of Sports Science.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and champion models of best practice, innovation and use of advanced technology in teaching, learning and assessment in are of Sports Science.<\/li>\n<li>Develop training resources to support the delivery of professional development sessions and deliver sessions as required to enhance the quality of teaching, learning and assessment within ADVETI.<\/li>\n<li>Keep informed of and evaluate current practices in education, teaching, curriculum design and assessment.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise proactively with other Curriculum Specialists to support a holistic approach to curriculum development, improvement, implementation and delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out administrative tasks and special projects as directed from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Essential Functions<\/b><br \/>\n       Demonstrated ability to: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain effective working relationships and professional partnerships both internally and externally.<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation of outcomes-based teaching, learning and assessment.<\/li>\n<li>Develop quality curriculum and resources for vocational education and training.<\/li>\n<li>Implement program quality assurance processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Skills<\/b><br \/><b>Experience Required<\/b><br \/>\n       At least ten years&#8217; experience of teaching and assessment, curriculum development and materials writing in education systems for Sports Science, which operate for the Diploma Vocational level.
