With us, you&#8217;ll find a supportive environment where learning and growth are encouraged-and a friendly team that&#8217;s always ready to help.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Some of the things we expect you to do are to: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solve Tech Issues: Use remote support tools to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems with ease.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage Tickets &#038; Requests: Efficiently triage and classify incoming requests to keep workflows smooth and clients happy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Update Documentation: Keep client info, ticket notes, and tech documentation organized and current.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify &#038; Improve: Spot opportunities for tech improvements in customer environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay Current &#038; Connected: Engage in training and research to stay on top of the latest technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support When Needed: Monitor alerts, handle escalations, and be ready for occasional after-hours support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We would need you to be or have the following: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You don&#8217;t have to know everything, but a solid foundation in tech support is key. Ideally, you have 1-2 years&#8217; experience in a helpdesk or similar role, plus knowledge of some (or all!) of the following:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft 365: User management, SharePoint, Teams, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Desktop troubleshooting, MS Windows, and Active Directory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Network know-how: IP addressing, routers, switches, and firewalls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Hypervisors like Hyper-V, VMware, and remote desktop services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with Windows 8-11, Windows Servers 2012-current, and Linux (bonus!).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Backup software, firewall configuration, and helpdesk ticketing systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Benefits:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Be a part of the Smartsourcing crew \ud83d\ude04!<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Smartsourcing was born with the purpose of changing people&#8217;s lives.
