{"id":7956,"date":"2024-12-04T16:59:04","date_gmt":"2024-12-04T16:59:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/customer-service-representative-7\/"},"modified":"2024-12-04T16:59:04","modified_gmt":"2024-12-04T16:59:04","slug":"customer-service-representative-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/customer-service-representative-7\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer Service Representative"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Customer Communication: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries via tickets in Gorgias, ensuring friendly, professional, and empathetic communication.<\/li>\n<li>Address questions related to products, shipping, and delivery, and resolve issues like returns and refunds.<\/li>\n<li>Handle escalations by crafting thoughtful, de-escalatory responses to maintain customer satisfaction and minimize complaint risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Technical Tasks: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute tasks to resolve customer issues using the Shopify backend, Gorgias, and 3PL systems.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the 3PL team via phone and email to ensure timely resolution of shipping and delivery challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to building and maintaining a knowledge base<\/li>\n<li>Accurately track and follow up on long-term or multi-step ticket resolutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Problem Solving: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of customer issues, anticipate potential concerns, and act proactively to address them.<\/li>\n<li>Balance business needs with customer satisfaction to ensure a positive outcome for both parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Bachelor&#8217;s\/College degree<\/li>\n<li>Experience: At least 1 year of CSR experience<\/li>\n<li>Preferably in an e-commerce or beauty-related field.<\/li>\n<li>Language: Excellent communication skills in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with e-commerce consumer packaged goods, especially in the beauty or wellness space.<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer focus and adaptability to diverse personality types.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality work on the first attempt.<\/li>\n<li>Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, with examples of taking initiative and achieving positive outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong multitasking abilities, prioritization, and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Gorgias (or similar customer service platforms).
