If that&#8217;s you, please read on.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As the Lead Engineer, you will report to the Software Engineering Manager and continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most critical technical problems.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>You Will<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Champion code quality, reusability, scalability security and strategic software architecture decisions<\/li>\n<li>Mentor software engineers utilizing code reviews, proven design patterns and your experience building large scale public facing software<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Product and Project Management to take small ideas or concepts and turn them into high fidelity technical game plans and achieve the products and business goals<\/li>\n<li>Care about who you work with and how work is done. We hire carefully and the entire team is given the opportunity to take part in evaluating potential hires<\/li>\n<li>Relate to our core values (see below) and would like to contribute to a positive working environment and culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 8+ years as a Full Stack Software Engineer and 4+ years experience leading engineering teams.<\/li>\n<li>Adept at drafting, validating and implementing software systems architecture using modern development and deployment technologies and can speak thoroughly to their tradeoffs.<\/li>\n<li>Experience organizing and prioritizing tasks with Product and Project Management for a team of 4+ Engineers<\/li>\n<li>Strong Experience with TypeScript\/JavaScript, React, NextJS, and React Native (bonus)<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with a CMS (bonus Contentful)<\/li>\n<li>Strong familiarity with data structures, algorithms and design patterns<\/li>\n<li>Proponent of code testing and familiar with the common frameworks for unit, integration and functional tests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: \u200b<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
