The candidate should have good understanding of DevOps practices and ITIL concepts.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>You will<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Monitor the daily data pipeline runs, ensure timely data loads by proactively identifying and troubleshooting issues.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Perform RCA to identify the underlying causes of issues in the data warehouse and ETL pipelines.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Document findings and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Collaborate with various teams, including data engineers, DevOps Engineers, architects, and business analysts, to resolve issues and implement improvements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on issue resolution and system performance.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Maintain detailed documentation of data warehouse configurations, ETL processes, operational procedures, and issue resolutions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Participate in an on-call rotation and operating effectively in a global 24*7 environment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Ensure data integrity and accuracy and take actions to resolve data discrepancies.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Generate regular reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Your skills<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Strong experience with Oracle databases and AWS cloud services.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Proficiency in SQL and PL\/SQL.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Should be familiar with monitoring tools Dynatreace, CloudWatch, etc.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Familiarity with other AWS services such as Account creation, VPC, Cloud Front, IAM, ALB, EC2, RDS, Route 53, Auto scaling, Lambda, etc.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Experience with ETL tools and processes (e.g., Informatica, Talend, AWS Glue).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Experience in performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Bachelor&#8217;s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support engineer role, preferably in data warehousing and ETL environments.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Certification in AWS, Oracle, or relevant DevOps tools is a plus.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Your benefits:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroad.<\/li>\n<li>We believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location)<\/li>\n<li>From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment where innovation, delivery and empowerment are fostered.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working, health and wellbeing offers (including healthcare and parental leave benefits) support to balance family and career and help our people return from career breaks with experience that nothing else can teach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> About Allianz Technology<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Allianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group.
