activities of endpoint security, meeting SLA and KPI <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handling critical changes and Severity tickets<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with the Vendors during outbreaks<\/li>\n<li>Incident investigation<\/li>\n<li>Problem management (Root cause analysis)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> \u00b7 Troubleshooting and resolution of Security incident <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement the approved change requests<\/li>\n<li>Upkeep and sustenance of the endpoint management servers<\/li>\n<li>Work with customer and support on ad hoc requests<\/li>\n<li>Complete the assigned task within the SLA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> \u00b7 Reviewing the service request with requester, Lead and Manager.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Seek additional inputs during review to achieve 100% success rate in change implementation<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Service incidents, change request submitted around Customer global office.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Execute hash, executable block\/unblock requests as received from Cyber Security Services Team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Examine user request and allow execution of the authorized software<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Involve OEMs for false positive incidents and resolve within SLA<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Extend Affiliate firewall connections closure\/opening on time to support business.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Monitor IT Endpoint Security assets across globe to sustain 100% availability of security services.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Ensure compliance by taking up with OSS and SE for missing control.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Symantec Antivirus -Endpoint Protection (Mandatory
