{"id":7863,"date":"2024-12-04T10:59:07","date_gmt":"2024-12-04T10:59:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/service-advisor-2\/"},"modified":"2024-12-04T10:59:07","modified_gmt":"2024-12-04T10:59:07","slug":"service-advisor-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/service-advisor-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Service Advisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sell additional products, services and repair work as appropriate to customer needs and in accordance with<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> individual and\/or team targets.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand features and benefits of products and services and promote these accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertake prospecting to generate additional business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Accurately maintain departmental systems including (but not limited to) customer records, job documentation,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> alternative transport and customer follow-up systems.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out relevant preparation for the customer&#8217;s visit (eg. pre-calls; print job cards; field campaigns, DISS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> reports, TPI&#8217;s (Technical Product Information) etc.) in line with service core process, updating documentation<span class=\"br\"><\/span>accordingly.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Offer extra services to every customer, including a vehicle health check (VHC), bringing their attention to any<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> relevant current service offers, linking to relevant benefits such as safety.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visually inspect customer vehicles and loan cars, documenting any damage where relevant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide customer estimates calculating accurate charges for all parts, labour and service repairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Promptly prepare and explain invoices following completion of work, ensuring charges\/details are accurate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify and obtain copies of documentation where relevant, such as customer&#8217;s driving licence or insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> documents when issuing loan cars.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gain prior authorisation from the customer for completion of work, including signatures as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive and process payments promptly and in accordance with company procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Document all warranty work as per the manufacturer&#8217;s requirements and company policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet all deadlines as set by your line manager, the company or the manufacturer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa963d7e8a1ad673b1ff153daf55c4812f?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available.
