A Reservation Agent is responsible for offering excellent customer service, options, and other solutions to meet Guest and customer needs. Specifically, a Reservations Agent will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answers all reservations telephone calls and e-mails in a friendly manner, using clear communication.<\/li>\n<li>Processes e-mails or calls, ensuring a clear understanding of inquiries and requests, while demonstrates excellent product knowledge. Promptly provides accurate information regarding availability of accommodations, rates and other requested information.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately processes reservations into the reservation\u2019s system; ensuring optimal communication with all other relevant departments.<\/li>\n<li>Respond, positively, to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads<\/li>\n<li>Convert, quickly, inquiries into contracted business<\/li>\n<li>Respond, positively, to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads<\/li>\n<li>Identify sales leads, as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the Guest&#8217;s expectation<\/li>\n<li>Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotels brand standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What are we looking for?<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>A Reservations Agent serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
