Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Job Overview:<\/b><\/span>This position is for UI \/ Front-end development team<\/span>As the Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing of high-quality web and enterprise applications, from the server-side logic to the front-end user interface. You will be a Senior Engineer, ensure best practices in coding and design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions. This role requires a person with high technical abilities and lead \/ mentor junior resources.<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>– Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.<\/span>– Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.<\/span>– Collaborate with Architects for solution design and ensure that the design is translated to implementation.<\/span>– Develop and enhance front-end user interfaces with a focus on performance, usability, and responsiveness.<\/span>– Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.<\/span>– Collaborate with delivery managers, product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.<\/span>– Stay updated with enterprise guidelines, emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into development processes where applicable. Foster the culture of continuous learning for self and team.<\/span>– Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.<\/span>– Drive continuous improvement in software development practices and team productivity.<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>Skillsets Required<\/span>– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<\/span>– Proven experience (5+ years) as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a track record of successfully leading development teams.<\/span>– Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, JSF, and modern frameworks\/libraries such as React and Next.JS.<\/span>– Strong expertise in server-side languages and frameworks such as Java, Spring, Node.js.<\/span>– Strong expertise in cloud platforms like AWS and experience in building cloud native and hybrid cloud applications.<\/span>– Experience with database design and implementation(SQL and NoSQL databases).<\/span>– Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI\/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).<\/span>– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.<\/span>– Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.<\/span>– Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
