Responsible for the company monthly statistics &#038; translation.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Key KPIs include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project adherence to frameworks and documentations<\/li>\n<li>Project Database accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Project budget monitoring<\/li>\n<li>On time Reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Handover and closure status<\/li>\n<li>Receive, review, and approve project related requests on ERP (AX) that would include add, modify and cancel as per the company process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring projects adherence to frameworks and all documentation and \/or approvals are maintained appropriately for each project.as per GS process guidelines and DOA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that project registration requests are initiated within the defined SLA from PO awarding date and follow-up with LOB until all pending issues are completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain all project related documentations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and communicate project schedules Revenue\/ Cash Out, risks and budget status. and generate the relevant reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with Balance Scorecard teams and provide any required data for BSC calculations<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for PO handover, closures as per the company closure guidelines and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Review, approve and verifies that all project related data are accurate on relevant systems; ERP (AX) , EPM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform regular verifications on data accuracy and issue reports for any irregularities\/ inconsistency for actions.<\/li>\n<li>Review monthly progress reports and follow up with the PMs for any project\u2019s issues.<\/li>\n<li>Share knowledge from lessons learnt with other team members and ensure updating Knowledge management system accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Personal Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc of any discipline preferably engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Technical Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Management certification is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Report writing<\/li>\n<li>MS project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.eg\/jobad\/eg0c50ddddf0dae4a4bc6bab68dc844c0f?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Responsible for following all projects opening, closing and projects data and generate reports that supports the country\u2019s operations and related decisions.
