We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Jeddah factory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing production teams, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety standards in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in coatings, and the ability to drive efficiency while meeting production targets. If you\u2019re passionate about delivering excellence and leading high-performance teams, we\u2019d love to hear from you.<\/span>Leading the line with precision and purpose !<\/span>Oversees all production operations, including raw material (RM) store.<\/span>Guides and directs workforce; assigns tasks and provides instructions.<\/span>Ensures product manufacturing aligns with batch cards and management systems.<\/span>Trains manpower and ensures proper job allocation.<\/span>Supervises maintenance technicians and ensures equipment checks.<\/span>Coordinates with Production Planner for timely batch planning and delivery.<\/span>Manages ERP transactions for stock transfer\/posting.<\/span>Enforces fire and safety protocols; active member of the Fire Fighting Team.<\/span>Controls departmental costs, including overtime (OT).<\/span>Maintains production-related documentation.<\/span>Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.<\/span>Maintains a safe and healthy work environment in line with HSE policies.<\/span>Follows SOPs, QMS, EMS, and OHSAS systems.<\/span>Oversees production line operations and cross-functional coordination.<\/span>Manages site maintenance and supervises preventive\/breakdown maintenance.<\/span>Ensures daily plans are followed and stock availability is maintained.<\/span>What we\u2019re looking for:<\/span>Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production\/Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.<\/span>Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment<\/span>Understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)<\/span>Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS), EMS, Health & Safety.<\/span>Ability to read and interpret batch cards, SOPs, and technical documents<\/span>Preventive and breakdown maintenance coordination<\/span>Turning production goals into polished results !!<\/span>Good interpersonal and presentation skills and strong analytical skills.<\/span>Strong commercial focus and ability to define, develop and execute new business opportunities.<\/span>Strong stakeholder management skills<\/span>Does it sound like a match to you?<\/span>Click the \u2018Apply for position\u2019 button in the top-right corner and submit your application letter with a CV in English via our recruitment system.<\/span>Final deadline for applications is 15 June 2025.<\/span>More about Hempel
