This role is critical to aligning human capital strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company&#8217;s operational and strategic goals.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation &#038; benefits, training &#038; development, and HR compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement a job grading structure that aligns with organizational hierarchy and compensation benchmarks.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and manage a competency-based framework for employee development, career planning, and performance management<\/li>\n<li>Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on people management, workforce planning, and organizational development.<\/li>\n<li>Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee implementation and optimization of HR systems and technologies (HRIS, ATS, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Lead the development and periodic review of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Kuwait labor laws and international best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and mentor the HR team, ensuring professional growth and high standards of service delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications and Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master&#8217;s degree or MBA preferred).<\/li>\n<li>10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the oil &#038; gas or energy sector.<\/li>\n<li>Mandatory experience in Kuwait, with full working knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and government processes.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in strategic HR planning, organizational development, and talent management.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in developing grading structures, competency frameworks, and HR policy manuals.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and manage complex employee relations issues.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with HR technologies, HR analytics, and digital transformation in HR is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Arabic language proficiency is preferred; English fluency is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.kw\/jobad\/kwd2d9ea4f2f6267c3ab2108aea724be55?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function for one of our prestigious clients in the Oil &amp; Gas sector in Kuwait.
