JOB OVERVIEW<\/b><\/span>We are looking to hire full-time assistant to source products. This will require a willingness to learn and think critically in dynamic environments.<\/span>Role: You will be scanning listings, in search of specific items, once identified you will proceed to make offers accordingly and forward them to the team leader. The platform that we use is similar to Shopee.<\/span>Training is extensive, we will provide all the training please note that you must put a lot of effort into learning the concepts and scripts as well as the standard operating procedures. You will receive complete training regarding the nature of the business (electronics). Communication with sellers will only be made through chat.<\/span>Before applying please take into consideration these Prerequisites\/Requirements:<\/span>1. Must work nightshifts
\n 2. Internet must be fast
\n 3. Computer must be fast and reliable.<\/span>Key characteristics\/traits we are looking for: Problem-Solving Mindset, Comfortable with Mistakes, Resilient to Feedback and Training. We are not necessarily looking for past experience but rather someone who can memorize info & can take feedback from others.<\/span>Pay structure & Other<\/span>We pay salary ranging the listed offer along with commissions for deals closed, we offer raises depending on performance.<\/span>Paid Sick & Vacation time given, weekly payouts.<\/span>EVERY IMPORTANT<\/span>Night Shifts, this position will require you to work night shifts, no way around this. It’s mandatory to work nightshifts.<\/span>Fun question: There is no right or wrong answer here, I am asking just for fun!<\/span>What’s your personal preference?<\/span>Are you a perfectionist (Everything perfectly done, rechecking work many times over) – Usually results in more quality work but less work done.
