You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within your section. This role is ideal for an experienced Commis Chef who is ready to take the next step in their culinary career.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section according to the restaurant&#8217;s standards.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of your section.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.<\/li>\n<li>Follow hygiene and health and safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Receive and store deliveries properly.<\/li>\n<li>Help train and supervise junior staff, such as Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing new dishes and menus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.<\/li>\n<li>Culinary degree or professional kitchen training is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Team player with strong communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for food and willingness to learn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We give our people everything they need to succeed.
