Job Overview:<\/b><\/span>Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced and dynamic Consultant in Internal Medicine with American Board Certification to join a growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care, a strong background in internal medicine, and a desire to constantly learn and grow in their field.<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>– Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions related to internal medicine, including but not limited to cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and digestive disorders<\/span>– Analyze patient medical histories, conduct physical examinations, and order necessary diagnostic tests to determine the appropriate course of treatment<\/span>– Develop and manage treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications and providing lifestyle recommendations<\/span>– Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and ensure proper documentation of all patient interactions and treatments<\/span>– Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatments, and potential risks and benefits<\/span>– Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to coordinate patient care and ensure the best possible outcomes<\/span>– Participate in ongoing medical research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in internal medicine<\/span>– Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and participate in teaching and training programs<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>– Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school<\/span>– American Board Certification in Internal Medicine<\/span>– Valid medical license in the state of Dubai<\/span>– Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing physician in internal medicine<\/span>– Strong knowledge of current medical practices, procedures, and techniques<\/span>– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills<\/span>– Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously<\/span>– A commitment to continuing education and professional development<\/span>– Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus<\/span>We Offer:<\/b><\/span>– Competitive compensation package including salary, bonuses, and benefits<\/span>– Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement<\/span>– State-of-the-art facilities and equipment<\/span>– Supportive and collaborative work environment<\/span>– Relocation assistance for the right candidate<\/span>– Opportunity to work in a diverse and multicultural city like Dubai<\/span>We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing high-quality healthcare, has exceptional clinical skills, and is committed to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
