{"id":73862,"date":"2025-05-16T06:00:13","date_gmt":"2025-05-16T06:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/document-controller-23\/"},"modified":"2025-05-16T06:00:13","modified_gmt":"2025-05-16T06:00:13","slug":"document-controller-23","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/document-controller-23\/","title":{"rendered":"Document Controller"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>About the job Document Controller<span class=\"br\"><\/span>General Description of Role and Responsibilities: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gathering information for implementing the new project.<\/li>\n<li>Collecting inputs from clients.<\/li>\n<li>Listing out the Documents and documenting the project details.<\/li>\n<li>Explaining the Project Plan to internal execution team.<\/li>\n<li>Describing all possible document flow structure in the DC application.<\/li>\n<li>Submission of documents and creating Transmittal through Document Control System.<\/li>\n<li>Describing and creating the Acknowledge letters for the clients through the Document Control System.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking the pending documents through weekly progress reports.<\/li>\n<li>Notifying the involved party for tacking appropriate action on the pending documents.<\/li>\n<li>Manual follow up with the clients&#8217; internal team to get an expected schedule for all pending documents.<\/li>\n<li>Exporting of As-Built files in the customer required format.<\/li>\n<li>Other tasks as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Qualification, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BA\/BS in a related field is required.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of five years experience in a Document Controller role.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of written and spoken English.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of administrative, clerical and customer service principles and practices.<\/li>\n<li>Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa50e5b2c40d53c94ac06139bd670d333f?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the job Document Controller General Description of Role and Responsibilities: Gathering information for implementing the new project.
