Possess a relevant university degree in Civil Engineering, backed by over 5 years of hands-on experience in the industry or consulting environment.<\/li>\n<li>Industry Knowledge. Demonstrate a solid understanding of industry design standards and guidelines, ensuring all projects meet regulatory and quality benchmarks.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Skills. Exhibit strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, to support effective project documentation and analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Proficiency. Have practical experience working with hydraulic modeling tools such as Infoworks WS Pro, along with familiarity with other relevant hydraulic simulation software. Possess working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to facilitate spatial analysis and mapping tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Communication. Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, to effectively collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork Dynamics. Foster a collaborative team environment by nurturing teamwork, sharing knowledge, and encouraging collective problem-solving.<\/li>\n<li>Efficiency. Stay organized and efficient, adept at multitasking across multiple projects and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.<\/li>\n<li>Proactivity and Innovation. Take initiative and ownership of projects, proactively addressing challenges and seeking innovative solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability.
