Job Summary<span class=\"br\"><\/span>To learn and perform basic level tasks \/ activities related to the process \/ business the employee is aligned with.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Understands business fundamentals and standard operating procedures<\/li>\n<li>Follow designated training schedule, ensure successful certification at every defined level.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains professional and productive relations and communications with internal customers.<\/li>\n<li>Follows standard procedures and introduces all new procedures into daily routine.<\/li>\n<li>Meets or exceeds individual productivity requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Resolves problem invoices with the highest degree of urgency.<\/li>\n<li>Returns or resolves quality control issues in problem queues.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties may be assigned as needed by supervisor \/ manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> III. Qualifications<span class=\"br\"><\/span>A. Required Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any graduate can apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> B. Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fresher and Experienced can apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> IV. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as departmental reporting, e-mail &#038; vendor correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions and percentages.<\/li>\n<li>Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.<\/li>\n<li>Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of accounting software, database software, M.S. Outlook, M.S. Word, MS Excel and M.S. PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Special Skills: Problem solving skills, team handling ability, verbal and written communication should be good.<\/li>\n<li>Pace: The pace should be considered fast.
