Job Summary: The Account & Marketing Executive plays a dual role in managing client relationships and supporting marketing initiatives for our eProcurement software platform. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in enterprise software who understands customer engagement and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts Maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction, usage adoption, and retention Support client onboarding, training coordination, and post-implementation engagement Work with internal teams (product, support, finance) to resolve issues and meet client needs Track contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and service performance Monitor system usage and collect client feedback for continuous improvement Prepare client account reports and brief updates for management Assist with operational tasks (e.g., billing, purchase requests) Handle ad hoc assignments as directed by the superior or relevant departments Marketing & Promotion: Support the planning and execution of campaigns to promote the eProcurement platform Manage content across digital channels (social media, EDMs, website, promotional materials) Assist in creating marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures, case studies, pitch decks) Help coordinate webinars, demos, trade shows, and other marketing events Track and report on marketing KPIs (e.g., lead conversion, engagement rates) Liaise with designers and content creators to align messaging and branding Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field 1-3 years’ experience in software account management or marketing Interest in procurement, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS solutions Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) Able to multitask and collaborate across departments (sales, product, technical)<\/p>\n
