{"id":72317,"date":"2025-05-11T22:01:34","date_gmt":"2025-05-11T22:01:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/senior-manager-fpa\/"},"modified":"2025-05-11T22:01:34","modified_gmt":"2025-05-11T22:01:34","slug":"senior-manager-fpa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/senior-manager-fpa\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Manager &#8211; F,P&#038;A"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>An exciting opportunity for an FP&#038;A Manager to join a market-leading, internationally renowned real estate investment company known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Based in Dubai, this highly acquisitive, dynamic company is seeking a high calibre FP&#038;A Manager with a proven track record of working in complex environments.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You will play a leading role in analysing large data sets and transforming them into high quality presentations that will evaluate business performance and inform decision making.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading the planning cycle, including strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting assessments of the financial condition of businesses in preparation for a sale, merger or acquisition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Enhancing business reporting and developing robust financial models for portfolio and asset-level analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Modelling and appraising high-value, complex projects, including business case development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing relationships with business partners and providing technical accounting support as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating forecasting exercises to analyse variances and trends in the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA or equivalent) .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Big 4 audit background.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a large, complex, and matrix organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in managing or conducting financial due diligence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven track record of managing large aggregates of data and presenting to senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>On offer:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary up to 40,000 AED per month and a generous bonus scheme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive benefits package.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Vast opportunity for quick career growth and promotions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Thank you for your application.
