Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines covers multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women’s health, cardiometabolic, pain management\/central nervous system, and respiratory.<\/span>What You’ll Do<\/b><\/span>Promote the company\u2019s products to healthcare professionals to educate them on the value that our products bring to the patients\/customers in Kuwait.<\/span>Effectively use tools and resources (SFA\/SFE), to ensure achieving the planned coverage, frequency and call rate for the assigned customers\u2019 list.<\/span>Understand customers\u2019 needs and requirements and effectively communicate product benefits and address customer concerns.<\/span>Ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory.<\/span>Identify new opportunities and gain new business while maintaining the existing business.<\/span>Establish and develop relations with key personnel in all accounts in the assigned territory.<\/span>Provide reports to supervisor regarding territory status, to include forecasts, proposals and business reviews.<\/span>Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.<\/span>Ensure mastery of Product knowledge related to the company\u2019s products as well as the competitive products that are available in the market.<\/span>Carry out effective sales calls, targeting high sales hospitals for maximum efficiency. Maintain a daily track record of the sales calls.<\/span>Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.<\/span>Ensure compliance with all the company\u2019s policies and codes.<\/span>Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>Educational qualification in pharmaceutical\/medical science.<\/span>1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in Kuwait.<\/span>Fluency in English and Arabic.<\/span>Proven ability to achieve sales targets.<\/span>Valid Residency visa in Kuwait<\/span>Competencies:<\/b><\/span>Learning ability<\/span>Active Listening<\/span>Self-Accountability<\/span>Team Player<\/span>Challenge assumptions & insights driven<\/span>Meet compliance standards.<\/span>personal attributes:<\/b><\/span>Honesty \/ Transparency \/ Trust Worthy<\/span>Positive<\/span>Self-leadership<\/span>Flexibility<\/span>Persistence<\/span>Acceptance<\/span>Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
