Overlooking the 18-hole Muscat Hills Golf Course, LA VIE will comprise Tivoli Muscat Hotel & Residences, 22 apartments, office space, and clubhouse amenities.<\/span>An additional residential complex within LA VIE will also boast 22 apartments and eight independent luxury villas.<\/span>Job Description<\/b><\/span>Position Overview<\/b><\/span>Tivoli Muscat is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Finance to lead our finance function. This role is critical to ensuring the financial health, sustainability, and profitability of the hotel, while maintaining alignment with Tivoli Hotels & Resorts’ standards and local regulatory requirements.<\/span>You will oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making across all departments.<\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Financial Leadership:
\n Lead the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with international and local accounting standards.<\/span>Strategic Planning:
\n Partner with the General Manager and department heads to develop long-term financial strategies that align with the hotel’s objectives.<\/span>Budgeting & Forecasting:
\n Oversee the preparation and management of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.<\/span>Financial Reporting:
\n Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to corporate and regulatory bodies.<\/span>Compliance & Risk Management:
\n Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and hotel policies. Oversee audits and tax reporting.<\/span>Operational Efficiency:
\n Drive cost control initiatives and support department heads in optimizing financial performance and operational efficiency.<\/span>Team Development:
