JOB PURPOSE<\/b><\/span>The Quality Management Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality management system for the aerodrome facility management project. This role ensures all services provided meet the highest standards, adhering to ISO 9001 and contractual requirements.<\/span>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES<\/span>1. Develop, implement, and manage a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001 standards, ensuring its effectiveness in achieving project objectives.<\/span>2. Prepare and submit a quality control program for approval by the Contracting Authority, outlining procedures for ensuring all works meet required standards.<\/span>3. Conduct internal audits of the quality management system and address any identified deficiencies through corrective actions.<\/span>4. Cooperate with the Contracting Authority in its efforts to implement and maintain the ISO certification program.<\/span>5. Prepare and implement a Quality Assurance Plan, including continuous improvement measures through self-assessments.<\/span>6. Facilitate access to all work sites and provide any documents or samples required by the Contracting Authority for inspections and audits.<\/span>7. Assist and cooperate with the Contracting Authority’s personnel during work observation and monitoring activities.<\/span>8. Maintain readily available documentation including procedures, implementation drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and spare parts lists for easy access by staff and supervisory personnel.<\/span>9. Ensure all supervisory staff are familiar with safety and emergency procedures.<\/span>10. Issue certificates confirming adherence to approved maintenance procedures and regulations.<\/span>11. Analyse audit findings from both internal and external sources (including ISO certification audits) and implement corrective action plans.<\/span>12. Maintain clear and accurate records of all quality management activities and reports.<\/p>\n
