reading, films, external vocational training job swap etc.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain a process for effective Pre and Post course briefings.Develop and deliver supervisory and Management skills training to enhance individual competence and support succession planning activities<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver supervisory and management skills training to enhance individual competence and support succession planning activities.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain a process for effective Pre and Post course briefings.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain an interactive L&#038;D website where associates can refer to for L&#038;D information updates.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain a L&#038;D SOP manual available on the HR shared database.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain a process of monitoring benefits and cost of training.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all pre and post course literature is accurate and sent out in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Produce a monthly training report on the E reporting format, highlighting all training activities, areas of concern or difficulties encountered.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain accurate records of all L&#038;D activities on the Oasys database.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a L&#038; D library of effective learning materials establishing a resource acquisitions procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Create an annual L&#038;D budget by September accurately reflecting the forecasted needs of the business for the coming financial year.<\/li>\n<li>To carry out any reasonable request made by a member of management.<\/li>\n<li>To be fully conversant with all Hotel procedures as outlined in the staff Handbook, and conditions of employment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> \u00b7 To be fully conversant with all legislation affecting working procedures and practices within the department, and in the Hotel.<br \/>\n       \u00b7To be fully conversant with the operating standards and procedures within the department. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participates as required in employee-related committees.<\/li>\n<li>Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.<\/li>\n<li>Promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with any reasonable requests made by Management to the best of your ability.<\/li>\n<li>Display a pleasant manners and positive attitude at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Respond appropriately to all reasonable departmental requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Minimum of 3 years training\/facilitation experience, preferably in the luxury setting<br \/>\n       \u00b7 A strong understanding and passion for luxury service<br \/>\n       \u00b7 Strong oral and written communication skills<br \/>\n       \u00b7 Understands training methodology and delivery<br \/>\n       \u00b7 Ability to interact and influence at all employee levels<br \/>\n       \u00b7 Must be creative and innovative<br \/>\n       \u00b7 Ability to work independently<br \/>\n       \u00b7 Ability to take initiative<br \/>\n       \u00b7 Excellent organizational skills<br \/>\n       \u00b7 Analytical skills<br \/>\n       \u00b7 Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software)<br \/>\n       \u00b7 English skills as required<br \/>\n       \u00b7 Operational background and knowledge of hospitality industry preferred<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Additional Information<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Windows<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English both oral &#038;
