Leveraging the power of AI, we&#8217;re dedicated to providing simplified access to financial wellbeing for everyone.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Commercial Director will be responsible for leading and overseeing the commercial strategy of our organization within the consumer finance sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, developing key partnerships, and enhancing market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics in the financial services industries.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Requirements<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Merchants Acquistion and Partnerships: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead a team of sales professional across all regions to drive revenue growth and exceed sales target and to ensure efficient onboarding of new merchants.<\/li>\n<li>Handle issues and complaints related to merchant accounts and transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Implement strategies to maintain a healthy and active merchant network.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement sales and Partnerships strategies to increase customer acquisition and engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the Direct Sales team and their activities in onboarding new customers.<\/li>\n<li>Set performance goals and objectives for the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.<\/li>\n<li>Grant CF limits to customers, enabling them to make purchases from our merchant network.<\/li>\n<li>Work to increase traffic and sales on our app by listing products from merchants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Client Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage key client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Foster strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and retention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and expand mylo&#8217;s network of merchants across various industries.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the health of the merchant network, ensuring its profitability and activity.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute strategies to attract new merchants and retain existing ones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify market trends and opportunities within each category.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies to optimize sales and profitability within each category.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Strategic Planning: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developed and implement strategic plan to expend market share and increase customer base.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product development and innovation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date on industry trends, market development and regulatory changes that may impact the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications and Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within the financial services or FMCG sector.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of product development processes and customer needs in financial services.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Benefits<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Office environment: When you come to our b_labs office, you&#8217;ll find creative workspaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and an open design to foster collaboration between teams.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Flexibility: You know best whether you want to work from home or in the office.
