Monitors\/check daily GCSS-Army operation. Control and verify all data input into GCSS-Army system. Produce management reports. Process supported customers request into the system. Coordinate system workload. Maintains perpetual inventory system ensuring the inventory is completely counted monthly and quarterly. Generally, monitors stock control activities and provide technical assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage stock control operation and daily GCSS-Army operation such as: processing of goods receipts thru MIGO and PGR process, monitor warehouse activity monitor for overdue transfer orders.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and monitor daily workload for section<\/li>\n<li>Maintains an accurate and up-to-date control of files on daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Control and verify all data input into GCSS-Army.<\/li>\n<li>Produce and analyze management reports.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical assistance to staff as required<\/li>\n<li>Maintain all GCSS-Army equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Works with and in conjunction with other departments to accomplish all required tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and evaluates work performance of the employees to ensure they are in compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all regulations pertaining to their assigned duties.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that employees are always in compliance with established Safety Policies and Regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures safeguarding of all Army property and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Implements Work Performance Training when required.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other duties and assignments as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education\/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Graduate, associate degree or bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<li>Experience:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>3 years\u2019 experience in Warehousing and Logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 Years\u2019 experience with current USG AIS (GCSS-Army), required in an advanced role (lead, foreman, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 Years\u2019 experience with Military Standard Requisition and Issuing Procedures (MILSTRIP) or equivalent civilian program is required<\/li>\n<li>Skills:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to operate material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, man lift etc.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and storage requirements to meet compatibility of products based on hazard class is required.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and management skills, including a professional demeanor, are required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills are required.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to exercise discretion and good judgement is required.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritized responsibilities to handle a demanding workload is required.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is required.<\/li>\n<li>Advance ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written form is required.<\/li>\n<li>High-level organizational and planning skills, so that workflow is managed and accurate is required.<\/li>\n<li>Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook and ALL Microsoft applications is required.<\/li>\n<li>GCSS-Army or SAP base knowledge and experience to include providing a training certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Clearance\/License:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A valid driver\u2019s license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator\u2019s License and Kuwait Driver\u2019s License are required.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to obtain and Maintain a Secret level clearance along with USG Network access &#038; CAC privilege(s).<\/li>\n<li>WORKING ENVIRONMENT:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Indoor and\/or outdoor warehouse environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, dusty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months). Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.<\/li>\n<li>PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be physically capable of lifting 30 pounds a vertical distance of four feet and carrying this weight a horizontal distance of 25 feet.<\/li>\n<li>May be required to work an uncommon schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work extended hours and evenings, as mission requires.<\/li>\n<li>Must have professional appearance.<\/li>\n<li>Required to observe all safety, security, fire, and health requirements for office, warehouse, and outside environment.<\/li>\n<li>Working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical or biological agents.<\/li>\n<li>Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations.
