Provide leadership and quality assurance for the business analyst team. Provide subject matter expertise to take on more complex projects individually or through coordination skills with other analysts.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Role:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Works closely with software engineers to build quality by ensuring proper test and code coverage, configuration quality, monitoring, early performance testing<\/li>\n<li>Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing quality assurance software engineering team.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic leadership on software architecture, methodologies, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Drive large-scale projects from conception to successful release.<\/li>\n<li>Design and develop major components of the platform with a focus on high-quality, scalable software.<\/li>\n<li>Supports quality\/test strategy creation, testing, and automation<\/li>\n<li>Plan and scope new features, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver impactful solutions used by some of the world&#8217;s largest organizations to make multi-million-dollar decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct rigorous code reviews, ensuring high-quality development and guiding the team toward best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Shape engineering processes, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior engineers and cultivate a strong engineering culture.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate across teams, working alongside exceptional peers who are passionate about technology and problem-solving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Participates in project-level reviews, walkthroughs and inspections; conducts test reviews for plans, requirements, cases, and automation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> All About You: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience managing, leading, coaching, and mentoring high-performing software development teams.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in full-stack engineering within an agile production environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of .NET\/C#, JavaScript, React, Redux, Angular, TypeScript, and SQL Server or similar object-oriented languages, front-end frameworks, and relational database technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of software architecture including modular design, microservices, API development, and best practices in scalable systems.<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of back-end technologies, microservices development, and integration with front-end frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Experience designing and implementing large, complex features in full-stack applications, driving cross-team technical efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify and implement improvements in development workflows, enhancing efficiency and team productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to work across teams, functions, and geographies, fostering effective collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships, drive alignment, and navigate organizational dynamics.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Corporate Security Responsibility<span class=\"br\"><\/span>All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Abide by Mastercard\u2019s security policies and practices;<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard\u2019s guidelines.<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in879e91e7bbdc4492df9a37c31491cddb?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Purpose Mastercard powers economies and empowers people in 200+ countries and territories worldwide.
