You will be expected to have a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS. You should also have experience in working with state management libraries like Redux and MobX.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Roles &#038; Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation &#038; java script object model<\/li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of React.JS, its core principles like Hooks, Lifecycle, etc. and workflows such as Flux \/ Redux<\/li>\n<li>Familiar in writing test cases and providing thorough test coverage<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with newer specifications of ECMA Scripts along with Bootstrap, HTML &#038; CSS<\/li>\n<li>Experience in designing Restful APIs<\/li>\n<li>Hands-On with design patterns, error \/ exception handling &#038; resource management<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to DevOps, associated CI\/CD tools and code versioning tools like GIT<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with various data stores, SQL or NoSQL<\/li>\n<li>Decent knowledge of OOPS concepts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Technical Skills<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Skills Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of web design principles and web accessibility standards.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.<\/li>\n<li>Must understand the company&#8217;s long-term vision and align with it.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring the successful completion of tasks, and promoting a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and productivity, taking responsibility of the whole team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Nice-to-have skills<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-6 years of work experience in relevant field<\/li>\n<li>B.Tech\/B.E\/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university.
