Key responsibilities include:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Maximize farm production by developing and implementing standard operating procedures and preventative maintenance programs.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Lead maintenance teams through effective leadership, organizational structuring, and performance management.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Develop and monitor performance standards to improve service quality and quantity<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Coordinate personnel allocation and staffing across maintenance units.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Maintain detailed performance records and provide regular reporting to senior management<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Assist in annual capital budget preparation.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Coordinate with Workshop Foreman and Supervisors to ensure continuous operational readiness.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Conduct special projects as requested by Farm Management.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Candidate Requirements:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Minimum of 7 years&#8217; experience in maintenance management within a large industrial company.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Strong leadership and organizational skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Proven ability in developing and implementing maintenance strategies.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Expertise in agricultural, industrial, and animal feeding equipment maintenance.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Proficient in performance analysis and reporting.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Excellent personnel management and training capabilities.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Remuneration:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Overall package is highly competitive and tax-free and aims to balance work commitments and family time.
