{"id":683,"date":"2024-11-04T12:56:44","date_gmt":"2024-11-04T12:56:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/2024\/11\/04\/colleague-accommodation-attendant\/"},"modified":"2024-11-04T12:56:44","modified_gmt":"2024-11-04T12:56:44","slug":"colleague-accommodation-attendant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/colleague-accommodation-attendant\/","title":{"rendered":"Colleague Accommodation Attendant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic colleague focused Human Resources professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of service and provide creative solutions to our colleagues.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a Colleague Accommodation Attendant you are responsible to ensure and maintain a hygienic accommodation for all colleagues and will include key responsibilities such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean all common areas of the accommodation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times, especially in the bathrooms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean all public areas in and around the accommodation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that maintenance requests with regard to any repair and maintenance requirements in the accommodation are immediately made and follow-up on pending maintenance requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare room for new associate arriving as per the SOP\u2019s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure accommodation of the new associate is in hygienic and good condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain an inventory of all new linen purchased for the colleagues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain the furniture store of the accommodation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Clear all garbage on daily basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Report any complaint from the associates regarding the accommodation to the Director of Human Resources \/ Human Resources Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that no misuse of equipment or FF&#038;E in the accommodation is taking place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Education, Qualifications &#038; Experiences<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You should have ideally a high school qualification with previous experience in a related discipline. You must have a good command of English and Computer skills are of an advantage.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Knowledge &#038; Competencies<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The ideal candidate will be helpful, courteous and with a positive attitude. You have the ability to perform with high standard of social skills enabling you to interact and deal with other colleagues effectively.
