Job Description:<\/b><\/span>Mon to Fri 8.30am – 6pm<\/span>Job scope<\/b><\/span>– Job delegation on day to day operations based on the attendance and volume or respective customers.<\/span>– Responsible to liaise with customer service department to arrange all inbound\/outbound activities within deadline<\/span>– Conduct daily spot checks on documentation, warehouse operation process, warehouse surrounding.<\/span>– Perform operational training to team members<\/span>– Maintained records for all operational documents<\/span>– Managed team attendance records and verified vendor invoices<\/span>– Managed purchase requisition and system updates<\/span>– Overtime management for team members<\/span>Job requirements<\/b><\/span>– with 3 \u2013 5 years\u2019 experience as a warehouse supervisor under any global Logistic Service Provider<\/span>– Required to have forklift license and able to drive forklift and reach truck<\/span>– Able to speak, read and write English for drafting operational reports<\/span>– Basic PC skills and experience to handle warehouse management systems<\/span>– Experienced to handle staff members of 20 headcounts<\/span>– Required to work days and required to perform overtime as requested<\/span>– Prior experience in managing medical related products would be added advantage<\/p>\n
