They are leading real estate company in Southeast Asia. With a diverse portfolio that includes residential, commercial, and industrial properties both in Singapore and overseas. The company is known for its high-quality developments and its significant contributions to Singapore&#8217;s urban landscape over the years.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>The Job<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Centralise and manage all hard and soft services term contracts across the property portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct vendor pre-qualification and shortlist suppliers for tender participation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare tender documentation and coordinate with operations teams on briefings and site show rounds.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate tender submissions including price analysis and negotiation of terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Lead tender clarifications, interviews, and prepare recommendation papers for management approval.<\/li>\n<li>Manage post-award processes including issuing contracts, raising purchase orders, and ensuring timely contract execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The Talent<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years&#8217; relevant procurement experience in property or facilities management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with procurement software such as Ariba, TenderBoard, Sesame etc. will be beneficial<\/li>\n<li>(Strong analytical and negotiation skills with effective written and verbal communication.<\/li>\n<li>Organised, meticulous, and able to handle multiple projects and timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with procurement systems and SAP is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Well-versed with procurement governance, procedures, and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Next Step<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare your updated resume (please include your current salary package with a full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, etc.) and expected package.<\/li>\n<li>Apply through this application or send your resume to<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> in MS Word Copy.
