JOB OVERVIEW<\/b><\/span>We’re looking for a hardworking, resourceful, and creative video editor who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and grow into a UGC Video Editor + eCom Creative role over time.<\/span>This is for someone who wants to break into the world of TikTok-style content, direct response ads, and eCommerce growth – and is willing to start small, stay hungry, and scale with us.<\/span>This role is for UGC video editors who understand direct response marketing and know how to make people click, buy, and come back.<\/span>What You’ll Be Doing:<\/b>
\n Edit raw UGC content into high-converting direct response ads (primarily for Meta)
\n Create multiple ad variations: testing different hooks, CTAs, lengths, and formats
\n Add compelling ad copy and overlay text using proven ad structures
\n Identify top-performing trends, hooks, and content styles<\/span>Must-Have Qualifications:<\/b>
\n Strong experience editing UGC content into direct response ads (not just viral-style content)
\n Ability to write effective hooks, build emotional flow, and optimize storytelling
\n Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok trends
\n Comfortable working with clear briefs, independently, and at speed<\/span>Bonus Points If You Have:<\/b>
\n Experience in skincare, beauty, health, or wellness niches
\n Worked with dropshipping or branded eCom stores<\/span>Used AI tools in your creative workflow:
