This role involves property viewings, client relationship management, negotiation of lease and sales terms, and ensuring timely payment collections. The Real Estate Sales and Collections Executive also coordinates with internal teams to address client needs and ensure maintenance follow-ups for properties.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>1. Sales and Leasing: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants or buyers across various types of properties, including commercial units, warehouses, villas, flats, and apartments.<\/li>\n<li>Leasing\/Sales Transactions: Facilitate the entire process of leasing and selling properties, from initial inquiry to signing agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation: Negotiate lease and sales terms with clients to achieve favorable agreements for both parties.<\/li>\n<li>Client Follow-Up: Follow up with potential tenants and buyers to ensure smooth communication throughout the transaction process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 2. Client Relationship Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries related to property availability, pricing, and terms, providing timely and accurate information.<\/li>\n<li>Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints related to leasing, sales, property conditions, or other concerns, working to resolve issues efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, buyers, and investors to encourage renewals, future transactions, and positive referrals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 3. Collections Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment Oversight: Oversee the collection process for all properties, ensuring that payments are made on time for leases and sales.<\/li>\n<li>Delinquency Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with clients on overdue payments and address any issues related to collections.<\/li>\n<li>Accounts Management: Work closely with the finance team to manage payment schedules and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 4. Maintenance Coordination: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow-Up with Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any property maintenance requests or issues raised by tenants.<\/li>\n<li>Property Condition Monitoring: Ensure properties are well-maintained and in excellent condition for viewings and tenant satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 5.
