Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strategy Team <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducts market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions<\/li>\n<li>Synthesize research findings and present them to key project stakeholders (gathering and analysing data on market trends, industry dynamics, and company performance)<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with company goals<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of financial models, forecasts, and performance metrics &#8211; Candidate will be involve in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track strategic initiatives success rate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Client &#038; Sales Team<br \/>\n       To support Clients &#038; Sales Team in:<br \/>\n       Streamlining Business Processes &#038; Administration in tendering activities <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively engage with sales prospects through open sources such as clients&#8217; webpages, and\/or via various procurement channels like Gebiz, Sesami, Tenderboard etc to identify opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively coordinate proposal discussions whenever required with relevant personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Effective management of relevant admin duties such as helping in formatting key personnels&#8217; CVs, project references based on the tender document key requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Design Editing on Marketing\/Pitch Decks <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Content editing including graphics using key themes, story-telling and colour formatting.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of using In-design will be a bonus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Client&#8217;s Onboarding Exercise <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork on various portals<\/li>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact and collaborate closely with different stakeholders to get relevant document<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Leading a Clients &#038; Sales Project <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as process improvement consultant to develop a formalized approach to scanning bidding websites for newly advertised opportunities (automation to be explored)<\/li>\n<li>Act as subject matter expert in using CRM data and interfaces to create tracking tools for market services pricing<\/li>\n<li>Using AI such as of Power BI to report and amalgamate findings<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of data sets for various assessments of resource deployment within the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Your manager will communicate with you further about specific requirements and expectations of your job, which can be adjusted according to business and organizational goals.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.sg\/jobad\/sg02ef34a7a05947b9827aba54d7db4e88?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company Description Inviting bright minds Do you want to push the boundaries of your profession and develop your excellence in an open, collaborative and empowering culture?
