Let’s create an eco-system together that makes our homes fully electric, way more intelligent, gives users greater control of their energy usage, and instead of contributing to climate change – helps fix it!<\/span>We are hiring a Sr. Engineer Hardware with a strong background in Embedded Hardware Design to join the Schneider Electric Solar + Storage team in Bangalore.<\/span>What will you do?<\/b><\/span>\u00b7 Owns the translation of project requirements into detailed hardware designs, schematics and PCB layouts.<\/span>\u00b7 Critically Review PCB Layouts before release.<\/span>\u00b7 Methodically Execute the board bring-up process, identifying and resolving hardware-related challenges.<\/span>\u00b7 Demonstrate a deep working knowledge of MCU\/MPU architectures, memories, and wireless communication and communication protocols between different Devices in the overall system architecture.<\/span>\u00b7 Owns the responsibility for DFM \/DFA\/DFT closures.<\/span>What qualifications will make you successful?<\/b><\/span>\u00b7 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field with 3-7yrs of experience<\/span>\u00b7 Proven track record in hardware design, including translating requirements, schematics, layout, and successful board bring-up. End to End Product development experience is critical.<\/span>\u00b7 Strong working knowledge of MCU\/MPU architectures, Memory and wireless communication technologies.<\/span>\u00b7 Working knowledge of High-speed interfaces DDR3\/DDR4\/ GMII\/RGMII is desirable.<\/span>\u00b7 PoE PD and PSE design experience is highly desirable.<\/span>\u00b7 Solid understanding and application knowledge of design for manufacturability and design for testability principles.<\/span>\u00b7 Experience in EMI\/EMC testing for different standard (UL\/FCC\/IEC) is preferred<\/span>\u00b7 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.<\/span>\u00b7 \u00b7 Experience in LV\/HV Power Control Design and testing preferred.<\/span>Creating a More Sustainable World, Together<\/span>Sustainability is at the core of our purpose – to empower all to make the most of our energy and resources, bridging progress and sustainability for all.
