As an Associate Software Development Engineer in the Work Automation team, you will be designing and developing high-quality software to deliver key features of the Product roadmaps.<\/span>At Genesys, you can expect a culture that is creative, vibrant, and innovative. Genesys Software Engineers think through implementation details of scale, security, and usability. We write code in Typescript, Python and Angular. We use many AWS technologies.<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Assist in developing and testing high-quality, efficient software to implement key product features.<\/span>Participate in the implementation cycle, supporting tasks through Testing, Deployment, Maintenance phases.<\/span>Gain an understanding of the overall system architecture and the broader ecosystem.<\/span>Actively participate in team code reviews to ensure quality and promote collaborative learning.<\/span>Adhere to established processes for data security, traceability, and information sharing.<\/span>Exhibit strong communication skills and work effectively in a collaboratively globally distributed team environment.<\/span>Minimum Requirements:<\/b><\/span>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
