It is a real-time, flexible, and future-proof solution that integrates middle-office, accounting, settlement, securities lending, corporate actions, collateral management, and treasury on one powerful integrated platform.<\/span>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Analyst with a primary focus on Python, SQL, and BFSI\/Capital Markets Domain expertise. The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of the Trade Life Cycle and be proficient in Python, SQL, Docker and CI\/CD processes. The candidate should also be able to demonstrate good soft skills, including being a self-starter, proactive, as well as having excellent communication and documentation skills.<\/span>Responsibilities Include<\/b><\/span>In this position you will be working as an experienced QA Analyst integrated within one of our specialist development teams, providing a valuable skillset to solve complex automation problems and innovative automation solutions for fast tracking releases. As an individual contributor you will:<\/span>\u00b7 Get involved across our agile project teams to help define test cases and fulfilling test requirements to make sure quality is kept at the heart of the process.<\/span>\u00b7 Expanding and maintaing automation frameworks<\/span>\u00b7 Taking ownership of test planning and execution.<\/span>\u00b7 Be the quality champion within your team<\/span>\u00b7 Documenting test cases and detailed scripts with test management tools, and demonstrating test coverage of the requirements<\/span>\u00b7 Contributing and reviewing test automation scripts to integrate with our CI\/CD pipeline to ensure errors are caught as early as possible.<\/span>\u00b7 Managing test activities and recording KPIs.<\/span>\u00b7 Working collaboratively with the development team to ensure a high standard of deliverables<\/span>\u00b7 Investigating, logging, reporting, escalating and working collaboratively to resolve defects.<\/span>We\u2019re looking for<\/span>\u00b7 Hands-on experience in Automation Framework implementation using Python, CI\/CD (Github Actions \/ Jenkins), SQL, Docker.<\/span>\u00b7 Functional and automation testing experience (both backend and frontend) with a good understanding of industry-wide QA processes.<\/span>\u00b7 Proficiency in SQL, including creating complex queries to pull data from multiple tables using joins.<\/span>\u00b7 Good understanding of the Trade Life Cycle or experience working in Capital markets Post trade platforms.<\/span>\u00b7 Strong grasp of of UNIX\/Linux commands and scripting preferred<\/span>\u00b7 Exposure to UI automation<\/span>\u00b7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/span>\u00b7 Goal orientated mindset<\/span>\u00b7 Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing<\/span>\u00b7 Self-starter with a proactive attitude.<\/span>\u00b7 Excellent communication and documentation skills.<\/span>\u00b7 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/span>\u00b7 Knowledge of Agile SCRUM and experience in agile testing<\/span>Our Tech Stack<\/span>Experience working with the following toolset:<\/span>\u00b7 Github actions, Jenkins CI<\/span>\u00b7 AWS, Docker, Kubernetes<\/span>\u00b7 Python – pyTest, pywinauto, unittest<\/span>\u00b7 Bitbucket GIT<\/span>\u00b7 Linux command line (oracle Linux)<\/span>\u00b7 SQL (Oracle preferred)<\/span>\u00b7 SOAP \/ REST API\u2019s.<\/span>Privacy Statement<\/span>FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
