You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L&#8217;Or\u00e9al, our culture and our working environment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>There are two tracks available, (1) Young Talent Management and (2) Learning &#038; Development.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As our Young Talent Management Intern, you will<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain partnerships with key academic partners to promote employment opportunities and upskilling initiatives under L&#8217;Or\u00e9al for Youth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support campus activation activities such as L&#8217;Or\u00e9al Brandstorm and Career Fairs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate on employer branding projects ranging from content creation, video-editing to social media campaigns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance candidate experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> As our Learning &#038; Development Intern, you will<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the people development mission by implementing learning solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose, design, and roll-out development plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Create program materials and coordinate learning events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner external providers\/ consultants\/ experts to deliver best-in-class learning experiences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the communications to stakeholders regarding learning programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Track internal data and metrics for reporting of learning performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Who are we looking for?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University students currently pursuing Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in Canva, Photoshop or other editing software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication and project management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Passionate in joining FMCG &#038; beauty industries is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What is the selection process?<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Step 1: Hit apply and fill in the requested information.
