He\/she would be the liaison for corporate clients and resource providers, including handling administrative, payment matters and reporting.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The duties and responsibilities are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to understand clients&#8217; requirements quickly and communicate with internal and external parties for the required resources<\/li>\n<li>Prepare bus schedules, select optimum location of pick-up points and propose solutions for new or existing clients<\/li>\n<li>Liaise between clients and in-house or sub-contractors&#8217; drivers on daily bus operations issues<\/li>\n<li>Monitor trips of assigned corporate accounts and able to deploy on-site for chartered trips to guide drivers<\/li>\n<li>Handle all feedback on complaints or compliments arising from in-house or sub-contractors&#8217; drivers and manage all lost and found<\/li>\n<li>Perform safe driving checks, on-site ground checks and audits to ensure schedule and service quality are met, and to make necessary adjustments when needed<\/li>\n<li>Periodic or as and when required meeting with client to resolve feedback<\/li>\n<li>Record all penalties imposed by clients to sub-contractors, monitor credit notes billed to sub-contractors<\/li>\n<li>Collate, prepare and submit monthly ridership reports to client<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support, e.g. prepare signages, forms etc. for new or existing clients or ad-hoc trips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications &#038; Work Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GCE A level\/Diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year working experience in transport or logistics industry is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Possess Class 4 driving licence with Bus Driver Vocational Licence would be advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Technical skills include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong written and oral communication skills to interact professionally across functional teams and multiple levels within the organisation<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Generic skills include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Good time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Great interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to make calls outside office hours preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Leading Mobility Solutions &#038; Services Provider<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strides Mobility is your leading mobility solutions and services provider.
