Are you ready to join us?<\/span>A day in the life of…<\/span>The eCommerce Adaptation Specialist will be part of the Content Services Adaptation Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of eCommerce landscape, and experience in producing engaging visual content for e-retailer platforms such as Shopee and Lazada. The eCommerce Adaptation Specialist will be responsible for adapting images, videos, and other visual content for e-retailer websites and at the same time for social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives of Nestl\u00e9.<\/span>This person will also be expected flawless execution of content adaptation that requires creative recommendations. The scope of work will be to perform creative (elements modification, brief visualization, adaptation of context and format), and graphic design activities (retouching) on images to be used for eContent materials. Also, the role will require basic expertise on adapting HTML5 banners, Point of Sales materials, basic 3D artwork, as well as videos with animation. Part of the role is to perform Quality Assessment before being released to the requestors and documentation of projects. Additionally, the role includes awareness of content plannning that aligns with the project\/campaign which includes the types of content to be created, the frequency of content creation, and the channels to be used for content distribution. The teammate in this role are Content Graphic Producers, Content Project Manager Specialist, and the Content Services Librarian as well as Content Services eContent Accounts.<\/span>-Act as a eCommerce Adaptation Specialist for the Content Services, to ensure proper execution of the Service, with service orientation to the Market\/Business.<\/span>Run day-to-day Content Services tasks:<\/span>– Review and validate feasibility of the project based on input shared by Business, and when required seek for production information (visual references, pegs, etc.)<\/span>– Ensure timeliness execution of projects according to expected delivery date, and in any delivery challenges, negotiate deadline to requestor<\/span>– Execute necessary editing for image, video or HTML5 formats<\/span>– Perform quality control checks against brief and related Guidelines to produce error-free work<\/span>– Document accurately all processes and output on the recommended ticketing tool<\/span>– Collaborate with the Content Services production team and Content Services eContent Accounts<\/span>– Send out Service Quality Score surveys at the end of each project\/campaign<\/span>-Ability to address issues that hinders the production process (Clarity of the instructions, available assets, feasibility of a project, proper prioritization, etc.)<\/span>-Analyze production and process issues to learn from experience, and seek for continuous improvements to gain in quality and time. Liaise with Content Services Supervisor to put plan in actions.<\/span>-Expertise on Project Management, Graphic Design & Video Editing Software, Basic 3D, HTML5 Editing Software, Automation and Workflow tools.<\/span>-Send out Service Quality Score surveys at the end of each project\/campaign.<\/span>-Run operational review with Content Producers and Project Manager Specialist to ensure timely delivery of ongoing and projects.<\/span>-Facilitate regular Operational review with Markets to track Service delivery. Get improvement actions listed and followed up until adherence to the committed Service level.<\/span>-Run periodic Meeting with eContent Accounts to collect demand as well as ensure that market adhere to Content Services pre-requisites. Identify, with Content Services Accounts, Market\/Business knowledge gap and propose action to market to fill those gaps.<\/span>-Leverage CreativeX’s technology in ensuring creative hygiene is being followed when localizing e-content assets.
