JOB OVERVIEW<\/b><\/span>About the Role:<\/b>
\n I’m looking for a sharp, proactive assistant to support me across both my personal life and professional ventures-including my company and online presence. You’ll be wearing multiple hats, from organizing tasks and coordinating projects to helping with social media and light design work. This is a dynamic, ever-evolving role for someone who’s adaptable, detail-oriented, and creative.<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Manage calendars, appointments, reminders, and to-do lists<\/span>Assist with social media content planning, posting, and community engagement<\/span>Help update and maintain websites (basic design\/edits via platforms like Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress)<\/span>Organize digital files and documents<\/span>Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, or collaborators as needed<\/span>Research and compile information or resources for both personal and business needs<\/span>Assist with light design work (Canva, basic Photoshop, etc.)<\/span>Support in personal tasks like travel planning, booking reservations, etc.<\/span>What I’m Looking For:<\/span>Excellent written and spoken English<\/span>Strong organizational and communication skills<\/span>Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)<\/span>Experience with website platforms (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, etc.)<\/span>Design skills are a huge plus (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)<\/span>Tech-comfortable (bonus points for any experience with Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, etc.)<\/span>Independent, trustworthy, and quick to adapt<\/span>Bonus if you’re creative and bring your own ideas to the table<\/span>Ideal For Someone Who:<\/span>Likes having variety in their workday<\/span>Is self-motivated and thrives with flexible structure<\/span>Has a good eye for aesthetics and branding<\/span>Wants to work closely with a founder\/creative and be involved in different areas<\/span>SKILL REQUIREMENT<\/b><\/p>\n
