If you’re a mission-driven leader looking to make a lasting impact in the early years space, this is an opportunity to help shape the future of education in a dynamic, fast-evolving market.<\/span>About the role<\/b><\/span>As the Director of Marketing & Sales, you will play a critical leadership role in driving growth, visibility, and consumer engagement for a well-established early childhood education provider in Singapore. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the full commercial strategy-from brand positioning and communication to digital performance and sales conversion. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, as you will oversee a team across marketing, digital, and sales functions. You’ll work cross-functionally with Operations and HR to enhance the end-to-end customer and employee experience, develop integrated campaigns, and ensure strong data-driven decision-making via ERP, CRM, and performance dashboards. Your ultimate goal is to grow the brand, attract and retain customers, and lead to the company’s commercial success in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.<\/span>What you’ll bring to the table (And why it matters)<\/span>With over 15 years of experience in Marketing and Sales management with a bachelor’s degree in relevant field, you bring strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset. You are skilled in both strategic thinking and creativity, with a data-driven approach to optimize performance across sales funnels and digital channels (SEO, SEA, Google Analytics). Your leadership experience includes managing teams, driving sales performance, and fostering collaboration across departments to meet business goals. You excel at vendor management, prioritizing multiple stakeholders, and executing growth strategies in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
