Considers the cost effectiveness of proposed solution(s).<\/li>\n<li>Set FAST goals and provide feedback to FAST goals of mentees<\/li>\n<li>Innovative and technically sound in analyzing projects in depth<\/li>\n<li>Define and evaluate standards and best practices for the technology area of expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with architects by helping them in choosing the technology tools for solutioning.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively suggest new technologies for improvements over the existing technology landscape.<\/li>\n<li>Leads technical consultancy assignments which involve specialists from various disciplines; taking responsibility for quality timely delivery and the appropriateness of the teams&#8217;; recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Make recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness efficiency and delivery of services using technology and methodologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Measures of Outcomes: * Adherence to engineering process and standards (coding standards) <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defined productivity standards for project<\/li>\n<li>Schedule Adherence<\/li>\n<li>Mandatory Trainings\/Certifications<\/li>\n<li>Innovativeness (In terms of how many new ideas\/thought processes\/standards\/best practices he\/she has come up with)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain quality standards for individual and team<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to project schedules for individual and team<\/li>\n<li>Number of technical issues uncovered during the execution of the project<\/li>\n<li>Number of defects in the code<\/li>\n<li>Number of defects post delivery<\/li>\n<li>Number of noncompliance issues<\/li>\n<li>On time completion of mandatory compliance trainings<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to organizational policies and processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Outputs Expected:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Code: * Independently develop code for the above <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and maintain technical standards and best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Configure: * Implement and monitor configuration process<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Test: * Review unit test cases<span class=\"br\"><\/span>scenarios and execution<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Documentation: * Sign off templates<span class=\"br\"><\/span>checklists<br \/>\n       guidelines<br \/>\n       standards for design\/process\/development * Sign off deliverable documents; Documentation: * Define software process improvement activities and communicate them to a range of individuals<span class=\"br\"><\/span>teams and other bodies.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Leading Complex Projects: * Leads the technical activities in a significant or complex project or portfolio of project; accountable to the Technical Engineer<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Project Manager or Portfolio Manager for the delivery and quality of technical deliverables.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Skill Examples: * Ability to provide expert opinions to business problems <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively identifying solutions for technical issues<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create technical evaluation procedures<\/li>\n<li>Coaches and leads others in acquiring knowledge and provides expert advice<\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate conceptual solutions to technology solutions by choosing the best technical tools<\/li>\n<li>Ability to estimate project effort based on the requirement<\/li>\n<li>Perform and evaluate test results against product specifications<\/li>\n<li>Break down complex problems into logical components<\/li>\n<li>Interface with other teams designers and other parallel practices<\/li>\n<li>Set goals for self and team;
